Discreet Billing
At checkout, you will be asked to authorize VettedTek, LLC to bill you on behalf of FriskySecrets.com. For discreet billing we process all payments as VettedTek, LLC so your credit card statement will not show FriskySecrets.com.
Discreet Shipping
We use discreet packaging so that only you know what delightful treats you have ordered when they arrive.

Once your order has been placed you will be emailed with your confirmation number. As your order updates we will email you with tracking numbers and shipping updates. These emails will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you have further questions, please contact us at Sale@FriskySecrets.com
Out of Stock Products
If you have placed an order and the products you ordered were not in stock, you have two options:
Option 1: We will notify you the moment stock is replenished so you can receive your order.
Option 2: Request a refund and FriskySecrets.com will reimburse your original form of payment.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Frisky Secrets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 90 days from receipt and require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Here’s how it works:
- Email us at Sale@FriskySecrets.com with your return request.
- A customer support representative will provide an RMA # for approved items.
- Pack all items to be returned in a shipping box.
- Write a list of every item and place it inside the shipping box.
- Write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping box to expedite the return process.
Once the return is received and processed by Frisky Secrets, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Note: Frisky Secrets is not responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product(s).
